The hæßlig magazine encourages participation in a collective discourse and reflection on one's own position within it. It combines underrated smartphone photography with texts of all genres to a chosen topic. Smartphone photos can be produced with minimal effort and offer personal insights into various worlds that are made visible in the mag. Everyone can join the Open Calls and send in their art!
