Book signing with the artist Werner Nöfer Sunday 8th 2pm
In 1969, the artist Werner Nöfer created the famous wall painting on the Grünspan in St. Pauli and in 1972 three large tableaux made of steel and enamel (in collaboration with Dieter Glasmacher), which were located on the plinth of the Hamburger Kunsthalle until 1992. In 2023 they were hung in the Gleishalle. Schaff-Verlag also published a book about Nöfer's works in public space and the tension between pop and agitation that paved the way for street art and today's ‘murals’. This book will be signed by Werner Nöfer himself on the occasion of INDIECON 2024.
