Publishing Without Permission
Independent publishing is often someone’s first experience making, sharing, or circulating creative work. Drawing from our experiences as educators and independent publishers, this roundtable explores how we can create more accessible pathways into publishing by sharing knowledge, lowering barriers to participation, and building welcoming creative communities. Together, we’ll discuss how publishing can become a doorway into creative life.
Open to publishers, artists, educators, librarians, designers, students, and anyone curious about independent publishing. No prior experience is necessary. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and, if you’d like, a publication that represents your own journey into publishing.
