At Gerador, a non-profit cultural organisation and independent publisher based in Lisbon, we have learned, like many independent publishers, that sustainability rarely comes from a single source. In this roundtable, we share an open and practical look at how we have been building a mixed-funding model that combines editorial work, cultural projects and work with aligned institutions, while protecting independence and staying close to our values.
