Create a dopamine menu zine: a personal pocket-sized resource that you can dip into whenever you need a boost of creativity and nourishment! A 'Dopamine Menu' is a curated list of (wholesome!) dopamine-inducing activities for different situations and needs, from short bursts of fulfilment to longer, indulgent pastimes. Using collage, drawing and writing materials, this zine-making workshop is a chance to take stock of what brings us joy.
Ideal for ages 14+ (But everyone is welcome!)
