The Oberhafen consists of the shed complexes of the former Hamburg main goods station, which were built until the middle of the 20th century. Now they represent the starting point of the transformation process into a creative quarter. The center is the so-called Gleishalle, which today functions as an event and exhibition venue - as well as housing the three-part enamel work by artist Werner Nöfer.
